Rest assured we don’t add any artificial flavoring to our Fine Wine. Each wine is created and thoroughly tested and monitored and bottled at its peak. The taste is heavenly. Each bottle is a complex flavor profile depending on the grape varietal, the techniques of the grower, and what mother earth provides in that harvest. We never speed up the process when making our wines. If the wine is not ready, we postpone our desire to bottle it. The DTC Ambassador does not compromise the taste of our Fine Wine! Let’s say you want to set the mood with your friends for the holidays or job promotions or just a friends day. Again you need to make it feel welcoming and warm and relaxing.
- For the appetizer meal, Bacon Spinach Dip with Tostitos chips, and veggie tray with any kind of dip you prefer and with More Than Muse Sauvignon Blanc.
- For the main course I would like to make Stuffed spicy Chicken Wings with sweet and spicy sauce and spicy Pad Thai and add Nile Eddy Pino Noir.
- For the dessert I would add Strawberry Shortcake yummy and don’t forget to add Adele Red Zinfadel to bring out the fruitiness of the Strawberries and send everyone home in a fantastic mood.

Great Way to Set The Mood For Your Lover
Let’s say you want to set the mood for your wife or husband or girlfriend or boyfriend.
- Let’s start with dimming the lights, soft relaxing music, scented candles.
- Now add some soft and cozy blankets on the ground and sofa pillows and even more pillows to make it comfortable.
- If you have a fireplace or you can use a campfire too. Then set up your meal and wine glasses where you have set the mood.
- Food appetizers will be smoked sausage and cheese with crackers.
- The main course you can make Prime rib.
Nothing but the unforgettable for your lover. Since making prime rib is very special and very difficult, it shows your devotion and love. Because prime rib is so expensive right now, get your recipe from a trusted source and read it carefully before beginning to cook. It’s a win win.
- I just want to use one wine for this meal so one of my favorites is the very fine Ricord Merlot.
- It is so heavenly for anytime, anywhere and especially with Prime Rib.
- For the dessert I would use Fruits and caramel and whip cream.

Make An Event For Your Family
Let’s say you want to set the mood with your family for the holidays. You should make it exciting, loving and warm and welcoming. Isn’t that a great excuse to drink some Fine Wine and a great way to enjoy family!
Let’s figure out our meals you want to present to the family.
- I would start out with potato chips and veggie tray with guacamole, and salsa with some Hudson Sparkling White Wine and juice boxes for the kids for appetizers.
- There is nothing so festive as a Sparkling Wine. With our Hudson Sparkling wine or any of our wines, you never have to worry about a headache or bad tummy the next day.
- For the main dish I would cook Steaks and lobster tail for the main course and add some Fine Wine like Nile Eddy Pinot Noir. This relatively light red goes with anything you pair it with.
- For dessert I would go with chocolate mousse cake and vanilla cupcakes. For this there is nothing like a fine Ricord Merlot to enhance the taste of the chocolate.
To set the mood of the room to be warm and welcoming, add some decorations and set the table and play some music and enjoy your night with family!
